Belgium waffle recipe
Makes about 4-5 medium size waffles
Make delicious fluffy Belgium waffles
1 cup Barlow's Original Pancake Mix
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup melted butter
Separate two large eggs. Placing the egg yolk and whites in separate bowls.
Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup Barlow's pancake mix and a 1/4 cup melted butter to the egg yolks. Mix well but do not over mix.
Using a hand held mixer beat the egg white until the egg whites form a stiff peak.
Fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixer. Make sure to not over mix.
Scoop batter onto an evenly heated and lightly oiled waffle iron. Cook until crisp and golden brown.
